I'm probably going to see Mr. Big live in june, and just wondered if they're worth seeing live.
It would also be awesome if you could mention some of their best songs.
Cheers!

One of the best live shows I've been to (but then I'm a huge PG fan)

Personally I think some of their best songs are;

Daddy, Brother, Lover, Little Boy
Addicted to that Rush
Green Tinted Sixties Mind
Colorado Bulldog
To Be With You (you WILL have heard this)
Merciless
Just Take My Heart

There's a mix of hard rock and soft ballads there but it gives you a decent idea of their sound. They also tend to throw in an old cover or two. They're mostly for their enjoyment so expect relatively obscure sixties and seventies bands. They'll probably play a few off the new album too.
Rhythm in Jump. Dancing Close to You.

Yeah. people, like Lemoninfluence, are hypocrites and should have all their opinions invalidated from here on out.

Last time it was some cover , with teenage wasteland shoved in the middle, with an improv shoved in between of that.

That's cause their first sucked ass

Lean into it, Hey Man, Bump Ahead and recently What If are their best, Actual Size is also pretty good (though most people disregard the Kotzen stuff)

What, so they actually got better after their self-titled crapfest? In which case I might give them another chance...

Never liked the s/t part from maybe one or two tracks.

Speaking about that, i doubt there's gonna be a WHOLE album you'll like, most of the times *preps flameshield* there's at least a couple of real bad 'uns.

Nah, just give a few songs a go now and then. As long as you don't expect anything you might be in for a nice suprise

They are insane live, Eric is (IMO) their weakest link but he's still good. One of the best shows I've been to (2009).

Edit: I feel bad for saying that, because I think Eric is GREAT! The European bonus track on "What if.." is awesome, Unforgiven.
I've heard it both ways
