I don't listen to Hendrix or Yngvie, so I don't care what either of them say...
You can call me Aaron.

Contrary to popular belief, Jimmy Hendrix can't speak because he's dead.

I think he means that the smashing of the guitar was not music, it was the sound of the smashing that was noise. That's what I understood from it at least.

EDIT: He's done multiple Hendrix covers as well, so I think you just took what he said the wrong way.

What the **** was he saying?
Most of the important things

in the world have been accomplished

by people who have kept on

trying when there seemed to be no hope at all

I don't think that he is putting down hendrix's music, but just saying that he was more interested in the image to the point that he didn't even notice the sound.

I think he's referencing the thing that inspired him originally about hendrix. Which was him breaking his guitar, in a rather un-musical fashion even noisy fashion. Just my take onnit.

He was talking about the guitar on fire thing, that was just noise. he said even though it was noise, it still had an impact on him, then he rambled on and my nose bled

I don't agree with anything Yngwadskfsdk ever says.

Yngwie = Overrated Frat Boy that uses Guitar as a party trick to get laid.

Jimi = a pioneer in lead guitar playing, an innovator in tone, and one of the most influential musicians ever.

You decide.
How many guitar players does it take to change a light bulb?

Twelve. One to change the bulb and eleven to say they could do it better.

I think he meant Hendrix's guitar being on fire and that section of the concert was just noise.

I don't think that even Yngwie is an arrogant enough prick to say that about Hendrix...maybe...
