Have a lot of sex. Seriously. Over the summer I was ****in my FWB everyday, made a noticeable difference in my cardio when I sparred later on in Taekwondo.

Depends on what you are doing it for.

Training things specific for what you want to participate in will help much more.

You might be able to run all day but you probably won't last a couple minutes wrestling.

Well I would just want to increase my stamina and endurance a bit cause well I really get tuckered out easy.

I play drums and well that's my constant problem, I get winded too easily.

You stop after you do that sequence five times.

Pushups - Crunches - Lunges
Pushups - Crunches - Lunges
Pushups - Crunches - Lunges
Pushups - Crunches - Lunges
Pushups - Crunches - Lunges

Add short breaks in between sets if you need to. This will hit most of your bodies major muscle groups and will encourage strength as well as fitness.

edit: if your focus is stamina you can add 30 seconds of jumping jacks to every set.

I'm interested to know too. Been cycling at home, and while it does take some time to get my heart pumping, it does eventually. Does it help with running?

3) Buff self with stamina
4) ??????????

If you smoke and intend to fairly physically active, cut down or quit. If you don't smoke much that's fine, but if you smoke alot and want to do more than throwing a football around or something it does help.

In case you missed my edit, jumping jacks would be good to add as they would keep your heart rate up while your muscles recover. Also feel free to tweak the amounts of time, they're just guidelines. The objective is to get your heart pumping and your muscles burning. And make sure you eat healthy foods. Nutrition is the biggest part of fitness.

try to drum to beat even when you're tired as shit.

Push yourself past your limits instead of resting whenever u get tired.

fapping never really helps your overall stamina because in my opinion it can never substitute (unless you put your thumb in your ass when you beat it because that makes it 20 times more enjoyable to fap so then it is kinda like sex because of the even better excitement. That is until you get use to having something in your ass all the time and then you turn to receiving in anal sex. While you will last longer you are now screwed because either a) your butt ****er won't be able to go long enough or b) your ass will constantly be bleeding.)

Just tried the pushups-crunches-lunges thing, repeating until failure or 90 seconds (about)

Set 1: 26 pushups, 25 crunches, 15 lunges
Set 2: 5 pushups, collapsed on the floor and couldn't get up for a minute. End of workout: day 1.

In other words, a bit of a wakeup call - I was doing double that with no difficulty whatsoever this time last year. Turns out phys ed was actually good for something after all.
