Hey guys,

I have an ESP LTD M-401. I've had it for a little while, and it's been a wonderful guitar, with no problems, except for gettin used to my first Floyd Rose. Anyway, the other day, I decided to lower my action a little, and when I did I noticed a little fret buzz in 2 or 3 places. I wa just wonderin how much you think it'd cost to take it in to my local, small guitar shop and have them file the frets a bit, and setup my action and everything.

Well, first of all this would depend on where you live. Secondly, it varies from shop to shop.

Why not just give them a call and ask for a quote?
You've read it, you can't un-read it!

Usually a guitar setup is somewhere in the range of $40-50, but like bonsaischaap said it varies from shop to shop. I'm not sure about filing the frets though, I've never had that done.

Filing the frets would not help your buzz issue. [They would only if some of your frets were not level.]
People in the pit take my post way too seriously.
