Hey guys,

I've been googling for a couple days now with no luck really. I want to build it from the ground up, no kit. I feel pretty confident about following schematics and soldering and such, I would just like a simple guide. The schematics I've found are usually over complicated/clones of a specific amp. I'm looking to build something vox or fender sounding, obviously an all tube amp.

Any advice or resources?

Thanks.

Umm, the Little Gem and Noisy Cricket are solid state. They are very easy and inexpensive to build though.

You could do something similar to a Vox AC4 amp. It is similar to a champ but it has an EL84 and EF86 input.
