Water is one of 17 elements in the Pokémon world and is the largest of them all. Water is super effective against the following elements

Ground
Steel

Water is not very effective against

Water
Grass
Ice

Water take additional damage from

Electric

Dude! Dude! Dude! Dude....

It's all about the Blastoise, man.

Also, did you know

The speed of sound in water is 1,435m/sec - nearly five times faster than the speed of sound in air.

Because the architecture and chemistry of coral is so similar to human bone, coral has been used to replace bone grafts in helping human bone to heal quickly and cleanly.

The pressure at the deepest point in the ocean is more than 11,318tons/sq m, or the equivalent of one person trying to support 50 jumbo jets.

The longest continuous mountain chain known to exist in the Solar System resides in the ocean at more than 40,000 miles long

My favorite water pokémon is Vaporeon and Dewgong.

These are the kind of shows I fall asleep to! Not in a negative way either.
They are so peaceful and calm, and science channel has a show that Morgan Freeman
narrates and it is awesome.

I know the feeling. Whenever I'm stressed or is feeling like I wanna die (not really) I get extremely calm from watching a nature show

It's all about Gyarados!

This badassmother can learn Thunderbolt, Flamethrower and Hyper Beam! It can easily **** up any pokemon.

Dewgong can pwn it with an Ice Beam, then I'll go right back sleeping because I'm awesome like that.

As for water pokemon....clearly,

No weakness to ice OR electricity.

Kingdra is resistant to electricity.

Kingdra uses Hyper Beam!!
Ampharos fainted.

Kingdra uses Ice Beam!
Ampharos's fainted body is frozen.

Kingdra uses slam!
Ampharos splits into a million, tiny pieces.

I'd agree. I taught him Earthquake, Thunderbolt, Surf and Ice Beam. He was quite ****ing awesome.

And Ampharos is a disgrace to true electric pokemon such as Jolteon and Jolteon. And Jolteon.
