Just a bit of fun. Post your least favourite pedal/multi fx that you had or still own. Name the pedal and 3 words that best describe it.
Happy posting!

I'll start this off. My Boss Super Overdrive.

Useless, tinny and overpriced.

Many people will probably disagree with this.

I am in no way influenced by Metallica, thank you very much. Blues and blues rock for the win.

I could care less how many notes I play in a solo.

On topic: Deltalabs Digital Delay. It's pretty crappy.

what is in my sig is kinda an open statement. some people hate them and therefore try their best not to take anything from them and some people love them. personally i only care for james hetfield's playing.

and i have that delta labs pedal. i hate that one too.

hmmm... i really like the deltalab digital delay. it has a very analogish sound and has worked well for me. granted it has a very short delay time (325 ms) and can't do anything fancy. i use it for a bit of delay to give my solos some depth and it works fine for that. of course this type of thread is going to generate some opposing views on any piece of gear.

oh and metallica has had a bit of an influence in that after hearing them you appreciate the blues and blues rock you love even more (actually i like both metallica and the stuff you are referring to) of course i'd take johnny winter over kirk hammet any day.

Oh, I like Metallica, as long as it's the Black Album and before. But pretty well nothing I listen to has been influenced by them because it's right at the tail end of the period I enjoy. (late 60s through ~1992).

Digitech hot head distortion, the poor man's DS-1, which is not that great either.
Current Rig:

Eppy SG w/Swineheads, Marshall DSL 5c, Joyo Vintage OD, Joyo British Sound, Sounds Sounds Fuzz Face, GGG Guv'nor, Dr. Boogie Pedal, Crybaby in Red Sparkle, Digitech Hardwire Delay

The things I would do for a Les Paul...

Ever heard of the Boss Ns-2? I guess not. I also tend to use my DS-1 occasionally.
As for bad pedals:
The Boss ME-20: what a horrible thing. Went back to the store after two hours of failed experimenting with it to get it to work well and give decent effects.

Favourite pedals:
MXR Carbon Copy
TC Electronic PolyTune
Ibanez TS9DX
Boss NS-2
I do not want to have a signature anymore.

BAD (With bits of good)
Boss MT-2: I replaced mine with a Hardwire TL-2. The MT-2 is crap. The TL-2 kicks its ass big time.
Boss DS-1: Even modded I didn't really care for it much after awhile. Zvex Box Of Rock assumed its position.

GOOD
TC Nova Delay: Loads of options, 9 presets. Takes some time to learn all the options though.
Visual Sound Liquid Chorus: Awesome sounds. Sounds like its in stereo even when in mono.
Visual Sound Visual Volume: Blue lights improve tone, all cork sniffers know that. Needed to be re-indexed for my needs though. Not a big problem though.

^ I had a liquid chorus that developed a scratchy pot 2 days after I got it.

Once I opened it up and saw the board, right back to the store.

That much board-mounted stuff isn't worth the headache.
