which strings are better, I like loud, with good highs. Elixir has proven to sound good and last LOOOONG with my electric guitars, and Im starting out with acoustic electric now. My guitar has a solid spruce top, and what looks like some plywood back and sides(advertized as Ash back and sides )

which ones would get me bright and loud sound. Im new to acoustics so some string gauge advice would be awesome.

thx in advance

I have a spruce top and I use Extra Light Coated Titanium RPS Slinky Acoustic 80/20 by Ernie Ball . They last several months for playing 3-4 times a week. I used to use phosphor bronze and I feel I got a bigger sound with them though but they would get cruddy faster and need to be replaced more often....
