Hey Pit

I have a friend who plays drums and wants a tablature program. I've told him if he wants good midi to go with Guitar Pro and if he wants good drum tabs to go with Tabtrax.

He wants to hear the difference, so i've tabbed up a short drum beat on gp5, but I need help converting to a .wav or .mp3 format.

a) how do I do this?
b) know any better programs than these two?

I've attached the tab if someone wants do it for me

Sorry if this should be in another forum, but I know how happy you all are to help.
Thanks!

Audacity is free. Import your midi, and export as wav.
Edit: I cant remember how to record the GP tracks out. If you have a wave recorder in you computer (Most do), Audacity can record it. Then you can export it as a Wav.

No problems mate. Any issues, let me know.

(There are better programs, but this is really quick and easy to use. And a free download)
