Rather then make this long winded and in depth I'll lay it right out. I want a dual channel microphone preamp that will be utilized for recording through the zoom R24 in my home studio. My price range for the preamp would be $2-300 and like most at this range I'll be willing to spend up to $100 more to switch out the tubes for some higher end tubes. Ive done hours of research and now I just want to hear it from some of you guys. At this range what do you use/recommend for this set up?

I hear its not really worthwhile unless your looking at $600+ preamps, or the ones in the Zoom are terrible..

Probably better investing on something else IMO unless you really do need it.
