Pretty much anything RHCP is awesome summer music. I also tend to think of Alexisonfire, Cancer Bats and Rise Against when I think of summer, because I spent all last summer driving around in a friend's car listening to post-hardcore and hardcore punk.

actually, i would say anything by Motion City Soundtrack is all i listen to on a sunny day out.

Anything by Green Day is my summer anthem. Same with the Bouncing Souls, NOFX, Descendents. Hell all the bands I started listening to when I was new to punk, brings me baaaack man

I wouldn't really call Puzzle old Biffy? Great album but it's not really old.

Incubus-the whole Morning View album.

When when the summer starts to kick in I always start listening to Sum 41.

Blink 182.

Red Hot Chili Peppers.
Never imagine yourself not to be otherwise than what it might appear to others that what you were or might have been was not otherwise than what you had been would have appeared to them to be otherwise

Pretty much any late 90s alternative music is summery at least for me.

Closing Time - Semisonic
Inside Out - Eve 6
Semi-Charmed Life - Third Eye Blind
Californication - Red Hot Chili Peppers
One Week - Bare Naked Ladies

American Pie 1 soundtrack is great to listen to
THIS IS MY SIG. BE JEALOUS.

How dare you

Here's some:

RHCP - Snow (Hey Oh)
The Darkness - Christma... okay, fine

Lynyrd Skynyrd - Sweet Home Alabama
American Bang - Wild & Young
Guns N' Roses - Paradise City

...and my mind for summer tunes is stumped. I will add more later, hopefully.

Try some Pop Punk though. A lot of it can be used in a good Summer-y way
This will start a RIOT! in me
