Godin guitars have been intriguing me recently and while I'm not in the market for a new guitar yet I want something kinda mid range with passive pickups for my next one. Stumbled across these (http://www.guitarcenter.com/Godin-Redline-HB-Electric-Guitar-620135-i1448585.gc) and they seem pretty good for what they are, but I don't have anywhere to go play them.

Was just wondering if anyone here had ever played one or knows anything about Godin, thanks .
Godin electrics are good guitars and highly underrated. I think you'll like it.

Well, what separates it from its peers...

- Ugly headstock (I'd only consider buying the black one cause it matches with the headstock lol)
- 24,75" scale
- Maple/poplar body

Dunno about quality but I suppose it's not half assed. Of course one might pose the obvious question "Why not get an ibanez in the first place?".
