Nope! Reaper will let you do everything without buying the license.

License what?
Do you mean copyright your songs?

Basically instantly your songs become copyrighted to your name as soon as a time stamp is dated to it

Uploading to a website is a great way to "time stamp" as once uploaded it clearly states what day it was uploaded.

no,

i mean i have recorded my clips, rendered them and then moved the render .wav into a sperate folder, they open fine into itunes, but when i then exported them to dropbox, the dont load up or work when you click on them?

Wav's are usually rather large and load very slow if someone is trying to stream it from dropbox. Just export it as a 320kbs MP3.

I cant download LAME to render them as mp3.

**** sake.

Dropbox just doesn't seem to handle wavs well. I always have to save them to listen to them. Mp3 streams have always worked for me, however.
