cut the spring down a bit. That'll make life much easier

I remember having a huge problem with this the first time I did it, but I'm pretty sure I used my foot to hold it down while I screwed it back together,

honestly i had no idea how to do it and it took about 2 seconds... use some rubber bands if you need to.

Or, y'know, you can cut the spring down so it's not longer than the screw.
