Hey, I've got a Fender HSS and I've had it for 5 years, but I've never bothered changing the pickups...actually I've NEVER changed pups at all.

So, I just bought a Seymour Duncan SH-4 JB and I need to know how hard is it to change a humbucker in this guitar? I honestly don't have the $$ to pay somebody to do it, so I must do this myself, seeing how none of my friends play instruments

Just so you know, I already know how to solder.

Find where the hot wire of the bridge pickup is on the switch, replace it with the black wire of the SD.

If the bridge pickup is automatically split in position 2, replace the 2 wires from the stock pickup with the red and white of the SD. If there is no split, the red and white wires of the SD should be soldered together and then taped off.
Wire the green and bare wires of the SD to the back of the volume pot.
