First time restringing a guitar. I got some D'addario EXL110 (0.010 gauge) but I don't think these are the right strings. They seem thicker than the original strings that came with the guitar. Will I need to adjust the truss rod at all?

No
Don't adjust the truss rod. Only do that when the neck is starting to bend.

It'll be fine.

^This. My guitar came with .09s and I've had .10s on it for 2 years without a problem. The general rule of thumb is that you can go up or down one gauge from factory and not worry about anything going wrong (e.g. neck warp).

this has been my experience as well.

i'd be surprised if you needed to adjust it.
I wondered why the frisbee was getting bigger, then it hit me.
