Probably not the SJ. Inlays don't match up. I'm guessing a '42 J-45 Legend. Look closely at the bridge. Gibson's modern J-45's have the "belly-up" bridge, where the flat end is facing the lower bout. The '42 J-45 Legend has the standard "belly-down" bridge, where the flat end faces the soundhole. The guitar he's using has a belly-down bridge.
