Mastodon n Nirvana always do the trick for me. Some QotSA or Subways can go a long way too

I had a friend who was held at gunpoint as a cashier. The robber told him to give him all the money in the register and what not. Apparently my friend then replied, "Would you like a slurpee with that?"

I don't listen to music when I'm upset: that way, I don't come to associate particular songs with negative feelings or memories.

But you're irish, we're supposed to be angry for no reason! Well, maybe when we're drunk at least.

For me, it makes me feel better + create positive memories, actually.

For whatever reason, when I'm pissed off it helps to listen to music significantly different than what I normally listen to in a good mood. Normally, I like to listen to hard rock and heavy metal, and some trance. When I'm pissed off, I'll go listen to old blues and jazz. Lately when I'm upset I'll turn on The Coffee Song, by Frank Sinatra. It makes my friends nervous.

I get the sneaking suspicion you're actually an American.

YES! Dillinger Escape Plan's first album is angry as hell.

Some good suggestions here. NIN's Broken movie would be a good one to watch too, with the Broken EP.

The Somatic Defilement album by Whitechapel.
Slipknot's self titled.
New American Gospel album - Lamb of God
Also, Contractor by LoG off Wrath. Though I now attribute that song to a particular...negative memory which preceded me listening to that song on repeat for 7 hours straight. Now I literally vitriolic when I listen to it. Not always a bad thing.

Day 69 by Decapitated, The Reign ov Shemsu-Hor by Behemoth, IndoctriNation by Dimmu Borgir, I could go on forever.

Slipknot - "Iowa" - It says all I need to say at any given situation.

Slayer - "Reign in Blood"

Deicide - "Scars of the Crucifix"/"The Stench of Redemption"/"In Torment in Hell" - Any album works wonders...

Sodom - "M-16" - "Emotions died, extinguished deep inside/Impurity made blood turns into wine/When I saw my friends impaled to death/Dishonored and condemned their strength" - "Among the Weirdcong"

Morbid Saint - "Spectrum of Death"

Radiohead - "OK Computer" - I don't have this album anymore but it legitimately pisses me off even if I'm feeling pretty good. I dun like it!

Morbid Angel - "Entangled in Chaos [live album]

Marilyn Manson - "Antichrist Superstar" - Hardly enjoy it nowadays but it's definitely to be mentioned.

Yep.

I usually listen to some Twisted Sister. Especially "We're Not Gonna Take It", "Burn In Hell", and "I Wanna Rock". But also Skid Row, too. "18 and Life", "Slave To The Grind", or any other rocker from one of their first two albums.
I have more fun than normal people are allowed to have.
