Is there a way to slow down videos with better quality?
Like without distorting the sound like crazy?

I've always had to do it with Windows Media Player, and the more you slow the video, the flatter the sound gets. :|

By flatter do you mean lower? Because that is what happens when you slow down sound waves...but yea, try both of those things, and also Adobe After effects, or you can try to export the sound file and slow it down on Sony Acid, there is a tool to slow down without modulating pitch, then import it back in.

Well the reasoning is, I downloaded a video of a guy playing something, and I'd like to learn it. But it's pretty fast, so it's kinda hard to pick it up from full speed
