Like many teens, I started on White Ace, White Star, White Lightning, at 7.5%. I moved onto Special Brew, as opposed to Tennants, at 9%. There's a new product, aimed at us disgusting bums.

I bring you.

Crest, 10%.

It tastes like you're already puking it back up. Any takers?

Something in me wants to try Everclear one day. I know for sure it isn't my liver though.

I also think it's illegal for sale (at least the 190 proof version) in the UK? Could be wrong though. I've never seen it in person

I've seen and drunk it also it tastes of nothing and smells of nothing...I had it with a beer as in like a depth charge... it's dangerous.

That's what people say aobut vodka, but vodka smells and tastes like burning arseholes.

When I think 'odourless and flavourless' I think of water. Does this taste like water?

Just to clear something up- all lagers are beers, but not all beers are lagers. Beer is the overall term for a fermented alcoholic drink using malted cereals, and mostly, but not always, hops.

Aye, but only lagers appeal to us gyppos

I started on straight Jack Daniels. Now I usually either drink straight Jager or rum and Pepsi. IMHO, if you're gonna go something, might as well do it right.

Lager isn't the same as methylated spirits you dolt

Also referenced ciders in the OP, thread title is misleading.

I heard the original batch of Special Brew was around 13%, which is just scary.

Strongest beer I've ever had is 6.5%

Anyone know any Aussie ones I should try?

I'm intrigued, which beer is that?

I love Cooper's Stout, which is 6.4% or something. I want to try their Vintage Ale which goes to about 7.3% IIRC.

Edit: wait, I've had Vintage Ale many a time, got confused for a second. And yea that's 7.5% and it's beautiful stuff.

Best damn beer I've ever had.

% or GTFO.

I know ordering from overseas is do-able, but be prepared for many, many scam sites. It's not an exact science, mostly I've heard that people find a reliable source, then eventually the source burns them, and doesn't fulfill it's orders.

Tooheys Extra Dry Platinum. Pretty tasty, Carlton Dry is my favourite beer, by Extra Dry Platinums are up there.

I found this; http://www.significantbit.com/Beer/bitter.html and I'm looking through to see the highest alcohol concentraition. Southwark Old Stout is the highest so far, with 7.4%.

Some coopers ales and stouts are up there though.
