I'm working on a cover of the song "In Transit" by Albert Hammond Jr. and it's coming along but one thing that's ruining my quality is this high pitched ringing on my guitar and bass tracks. I'm not really sure what I have to do to get rid of it. Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Here's a link to the song, you can hear it at the beginning and if you listen you can hear it throughout the song. I still have more work to do on it, I just really need to get rid of this ringing noise:

not sure as to what program you used to record it, but it could be the distortion plug ins. your page was deleted so i couldn't hear the song, but i know that has happened to me before too.

I edited the link. Also I didn't use a program to record, I used a Boss Br-600 multitrack recorder and lined in my Vox VT30 amp from the headphone jack. That would probably be the problem but apparently there's a way to remove it after recording (because I can't get rid of it no matter what setting)
