Hey guys, I got a Schecter Damien 7 here and it's fantastic. But there's only one problem... The EMGs both sound the same when distorted. I love the Neck EMG but the Bridge EMG kinda dissapoints me, I was looking for a chunky, roaring type of rythm playing but I just can't get it from my bridge pickup. I want to switch it out for something else, but I have no clue where to start.

Are they both 707s? You could try changing them out for an 81-7 and an 85-7. Otherwise D-activators are pretty high output, but passive humbuckers by Dimarzio. If you've got a higher budget, can't go wrong with Bareknuckles.
Gear:
Agile Ash RB 828
Schecter C-7 (old 90s style headstock)
Handbuilt 6-string V
Handbuilt Baritone scale 6 string Iceman-copy
Pod HD300

I dunno exactly what kind of EMGs they are. It says HZ beside the EMG logo. I like the neck pickup, it's only the bridge I wanna take out and replace.

HZs are passives. You might want to try getting an active for the bridge. It'll definitely beef it up.

You, good sir, have not gone over to your friends house after a hard night of drinking to find 2 dudes passed out in the same room both holding their own flaccid cocks in hand, passed out, with porn on the tv.
