Can anyone link some brilliant funk inspired songs/bass lines?

I'm feeling some funk tonight.
Music washes away from the soul the dust of everyday life.

Wow, being surrounded by all of these humourless, pussy-whipped virgins is starting to make me sick.

Check out my band!

Glide by Pleasure, Body Slam by Bootsy, Knee Deep by Funkadelic, Aqua Boogie and Flashlight by Parliament. Forget me nots by Patrice Rushen is a great funk bassline. Chameleon by Herbie Hancock. The Reddings have a killer bass solo by Dexter Redding called "The Awakening". You might have seen Les Claypool play it, but the original is best.

There's tons more, we need to start a huge funk thread...
