I might be getting one of them Danelectro pedals.
Danelectro Fab Chorus
How long do they last?(do they break easily)
Do they start to buzz after a while?

They seem to be getting some good reviews on guitar center. Have any of you guys tried them?

I actually just bought a Fab Echo off ebay - they seem to sound pretty good and theyre fairly easily modded (which is what I plan to do to it). They are plastic though, so I'll be re-housing mine.

Long time ago I had a Fab Flange, and it lasted me a few years before I sold it because I didnt use it.

Thanks and I might rehouse mine if I get one because I hate the look of them.

also, Could I get a good nirvana tone out of this pedal?

I have the whole FAB line. They're good for what they are but I don't use them to much any more as I've slowly been getting higher quality gear. Now I let my bassist use them. But I totally recommend them if you're just getting into effects. The Chorus isn't quite as lush as Kurt's but if you have a punk mentality, it'll do.

Pretty much.
I bought one, mainly out of curiosity (clearance sale at a local store and I picked it up for $9AU). Quite impressed, considering. It’s not to the same standard as my EHX Small Clone, which is what Cobain used to record Smells Like Teen Spirit and Come As You Are. Even though it’s plastic it’s been resilient so far, I’ve gigged it a few times and a couple of friends have borrowed it. I may rehouse it and put a sturdier footswitch in – something that’s a little more practical.
Long and short? Great value (even at full price) and usable.
It's an opinion. It's subjective. And I'm right, anyway.

the biggest problem for me is the cheap plastic screw for the battery compartment. They last a pretty long time the pbj delay has lasted since 05 with no problems
