I don't really want lessons, I'd rather learn from a DVD. Are there any good singing lesson DVD's?

I'd say no - because a DVD can't tell you if you're doing something wrong.

Guitar is different, between the sound and what the fingers are doing a DVD can make a fairly good go of pointing you in the right direction, whereas with singing all the stuff you're doing is going on inside.

I don't really care what you think. I just need a DVD.

Then you'll never learn to sing particularly well

Mark is right u need a real person. Parents Gf. Bf. Friend to listen to u. I took lessons and it was great. Learning from q dvd does nothing for sing. What happeneds when u sig learning from a dvd and u go sing to ur friends. There like u suck balls. What are u gonna do? Ask the dvd how to more sharp or more flat?
