I was playing recently and my fingers made this chord, I know I'm sounding really silly but I don't have any GuitarPro apps or anything like that, and the sites I used couldn't find a match for this chord.

The notes are in standard tuning.

E
B
D
A
C#
e

And in tab form its:

0
2
0
2
3

I think you're writing it upside down.

E B D A C# E would be something like Bm11/E.

Your tab (if I'm reading it correctly) is E B D A D E, which could be Em11 or Bm11/E.

What's the context?
Only play what you hear. If you don’t hear anything, don’t play anything.

If it's E C E G Db E

It could be a C major add b9 in 1st inversion

Your notes don't match your tab?

The notes might not match, I'm kinda new to actually learning notes. But the low E is on top and the high e is on bottom. And yes, I wrote it upside down and completely wrong.

Basically I'm taking an E7sus4 and adding the third fret to the A string. Sorry for the confusion.

Yeah, like I said, that's upside down. It should read:

0 - E
3 - D
2 - A
0 - D
2 - B
0 - E

You mean B string?

I'd say call it E7sus4, then. It's got E A B D (1 4 5 b7).

I am basing this post around this quote.

Your chord is Cmaj13/E.
