The image isn't the best, but judging by the headstock and the "Chinese" writing on the inside, it may in fact be an old MIJ Yamaha. If you could ask the guy to send some closer pics of the headstock and soundhole, I could probably tell you for sure. For all I know it could just be a cheap old Chinese classical guitar. Either way, $50 for what appears to be a decent classical is always a good deal.
