Would trading an Epi EB-3 for a 6 string rogue bass be a good deal on both ends?

If the EPI is short scale Keep it.Much better than the LS, horrendous neck dive. If it were me ,no trade IF the EPI is a short scale

Is this the same bass you filled with sand to make it sound electric?

Well, if he won't trade, he won't trade. Simple as that

Personally, I'd hold onto the Rogue anyway -- I rather like that model.

I like it too, but that Epi is sooo ****ing beautiful i could make love to it, could i get 300 bucks for my rogue at least? And it doesnt have a pickguard

They sell for just a bit less than that new. But you never know. You may find someone that would take it off your hands for 300
