Hey UG'ers

I'm looking for a new amp. I currently play a Marshall MG10CD (bleh) with a broken distortion switch..yeah....and its been a few years. I play mostly hard/classic rock: GNR, Led Zepp, Aerosmith, Eagles, etc. I want a combo tube amp around $500 (USD) or less. So far i've looked at the Jet City JCA2112rc and the Fender Blues Jr. Any input would be appreciated.

Thanks!

EDIT: I play a Fender Blacktop Strat which has "Hot Vintage Alnico Humbucking Pickups" that also coil tap.

you should save a little longer and get a carvin x212b as it is going to probably blow you family's eardrums out! The fender is a really nice amp too though.

Both of those are fairly good, you should also look into the Marshall Class 5.

with the marshall class 5, would it be fair to say im trading clean tones and reverb for much better distortion?
