I'd like a 20-35 watt tube amp. I want to spend between 300-400 $ but I'd be willing to spend up to 500-550$. I play blues rock mainly and I'd love some suggestions!

peavey classic 30 is the first thing off the top of my head. can be had used sub-$300. pretty good sounding amps, especially with a speaker swap from what i hear.

the egnater tweaker may push your budget a little bit, but its a pretty cool amp and is extremely flexible tonally. i had one for a while and it was a blast. don't let 15 watts fool you, it can get loud, as long as you don't mind a little bit of grit.

Have you considered Frenzel? http://www.frenzeltubeamps.com/id106.html

Don't be shocked by seeing the "innards" in the pictures. You can add a cage-style top to it or a cabinet for an additional charge. Check out YouTube for clips. The audio on YouTube won't be perfect, but it'll give you an idea.
