i own a epiphone les paul special 2...i want to upgrade to a epiphone dot...do you think thats a good decision? i love the look of the guitar and i heard its very versatile....its in a price range thats good for me...just asking if anyone owns it and what they think of it

its a very solid guitar.

look for a 2nd hand one, if you can get an older korean one they are awesome.

i would look for a used one...the only problem is that im a lefty...if i looked for a used lefty it could take forever lol

hmmm just go play lots of them and buy the best feeling one then mate,

i really like the one i get to play every now and then.

I have played a dot. I really liked it. But to my understanding the F-holes are never done very well.

I have read Josh Homme plays a dot live. I went to a QOTSA concert in march he played a the same guitar the whole show and it looked like a dot to me.

I am not sayiing you should buy a dot cause Josh Homme does, I am just saying it should atest to their being good guitars

I love my dot. I play it way more then my gibby LP.

Epi dots are great guitar I've one that I use in my jazz band.
Damn it! Disable can't use disable to disable Disable's disable because disable's disable has already been disabled by Disable's disable!
