basically i have a bugera 6260 and i want to know whether i can run it through a 2 x 12 cab which has two 30 watt celestians (harley benton)

i should know this (been playing for like 4-5 years) but this is my first head and cab

Probably, because you won't be cranking the Master.

Just make sure the impedence is matched.

This. I'm assuming you mean the Harley Benton with Celestion VIntage 30s? The number refers to the speakers' diameter, the speakers can handle 60w each, so 120 combined.

And like bubbs said, long as you keep the master relatively low, even speakers that are rated for less than what an amp can put out would be alright.

In general modern speakers can take more then there rated for. Infact with some high end/boutique cab builders recommend this as it will drive the speakers better.
