Ok so I recently bought a whole buncha pedals offa ebay (I sold my old rp 500 so I could get a legit pedalboard set up). So anyway I now have the following pedals:

Digitech Bad Monkey OD
Boss GE-7 EQ
Boss PH-3 Phaser
Boss TU-3 Tuner
Boss NS-2 Noise Suppressor

I'm going to try to hook all this up using the NS-2 X set-up (http://img51.imageshack.us/img51/8067/vh100rnoise.gif) and from what I know about pedals and from discussing stuff with a friend it looks like everything is going to go down like this:

guitar -> Tuner -> OD -> EQ -> NS-2 -> amp In
NS-2 out -> PH-3 -> amp fx return -> amp fx send -> NS-2 in

People say to put modulation effects after the ns-2 out to avoid drain and I just assumed EQ after OD would be best. Does this look good? Thanks!

Put you're EQ in the loop. Looks good besides that.

The phaser is after the NS2 right? The EQ should be before the NS2 (in the loop of course).

Yep it's after the NS-2. Ya from the things I read people said put the EQ after the OD but before the modulations so I wasn't exactly sure where to put it. Thanks!

I would go:

Tuner > OD > NS-2 > Amp in

FX send > EQ > NS-2 > Phaser > FX return

You could also try putting the phaser in the front as well. Sounds cool, instead of a swishing sound, it more of like a subtle wah effect.

Tuner > OD > NS-2 > Amp in

FX send > EQ > NS-2 > Phaser > FX return

Thats what I would do as well, but with the EQ in front of or after the phaser depending on how your using it. If your using it as a solo boost then I would put it after the phase but either way should work good. Also, if I were you, I would have gotten a phase 90 instead of the boss phaser. Dunno Ive tried a few and couldn't stand the phaser at all but if it works for you then thats all that matters.

I'm mainly using it just to be able to tweak my tone a lil more than what my head has to offer. Back when I had my RP I used the eq on it so that's why I wanted another. I'll experiment with it between the fx send and the ns-2 and also by the phaser to see what I like more. Thanks guys!
