So i'm looking at buying a new amp, however i have no intent to buy any of the suggestions you make and just want people to suggest me amps so i can look at them and pretend to have the money.

Budget? - I should have $1000 when my birthday comes so we can work with prices around that (its plausable)
Genres? - Needs a nice hardcore tone with fender cleans and a nice light crunch
for blues.
New or Used? - New or used, whatever.
Home or Gig? - I think i'll start gigging soon, but im not very good so i want loud enough to gig with but soft enough for it to sound awesome at bedroom levels. It HAS to be tube, none of that SS crap.
Closest City? - Sydney.
Current Gear? - A few guitars and pedals, the usual.

You're in Australia greeny. Keep searching Ebay for an Abbey Harmonic 2. One will come up eventually. You have plenty of amps to keep you busy in the meantime. It took me a couple of years to find one (bought out of The Trading Post) but the wait was certainly worth it.
The cleans are closer to a Vox than a Fender but because it runs 6L6's it is smoother. Best description would be an AC30 with Fender overtones. Then you have AC30 crunch with more body on the second channel. Channel 2 is actually a MV version of Channel 1. The third channel has two extra gain stages and gets into real Mesa territory.
Buy Australian, you bastard!!

used Vibroloux Reverb or Deluxe reverb? I was jamming on my schools Vibroloux Reverb today, cranked with a drummer using my Les Paul=TONAL AWESOMENESS. Though it was an early model with real Jensen (Idk if the newer ones have fender designed), anyway... crank it, keep your neck volume low, for cleans, switch to your bridge pickup, full level, for dirt.

the twin and the Vibroloux Reverb are different beasts. Twin's do NOT break up, the Vibroloux Reverb and the Deluxe reverb break up very early. I would love a Vibroloux Reverb. They sound amazing.

You can setup Ebay so it will email you if something matches a search criteria pops up. Set one up looking for "Abbey Harmonic" and wait. Patience is reward in itself but even more so if there is a material reward at the end.

PS: Steve Jones got pretty good breakup from a Twin on Never Mind The Bollocks.
