Hey UG,

I wanna build a small two octave Midi keyboard into the back wing of an Explorer. Is there a simple/small keyboard out there that still has large, piano-like keys, unlike the korg Nano-key, which has keys that are very similar to a laptop. It's more a question of esthethics here then functionality, I'm sure the Korg Nano key works just fine.

That would be pretty cool. But it says It's a USB keyboard, since I'm not planning to plug it into a laptop, rather an external synth wouldn't the USB connection be trouble?

Could I get some sort of USB to Midi converter cable and would that still power the keyboard?
