I'm going to rewire my 7 string fairly soon, mostly due to the shoddy stock wiring job and the need for a smoother control over volume and tone, and while looking for pots I ran across these seemingly miraculous things called concentric pots. A little research led me to understand that they're quite common on decently high end basses as a blend or tone control thats stacked with a volume.

I was toying with the idea of tossing two of these into my 7, with an individual tone and volume for each, or just stacking a universal volume and tone in one, and a push pull something or other in the other.

I dunno, I want to make my 7 string as versatile as possible without changing anything but the wiring and without drilling more holes.

So I suppose the question here is, what do you guys think I should do with it? I'm pretty open to new ideas.
