Hello everybody.

I have a problem with my BOSS GT 8.
The last 2 times I played on it, it showed after a while, a lack of volume.
In other words, it was like somebody turned my volume down.

It happend during practice and 1 live gig.
The sound engineer said: that my volume was dipping.

Usefull information:
I did not switched bank.
I did not touched the volume knob.
I played on diffrent amps, so it is not the amp.

Is there anybody, who can help me out with this?

Could it be the cable or the guitar?

Are you using batteries or an adapter?

Is that a ukulele in your pants, or did you just rip ass to the tune of "Aloha Oi"?

I met Sonic Youth on June 30th, and Mars Volta on Oct 20th.

When the problem occurs try messing with the output level knob on the back. See if the sound jumps in or out. If so then clean it with DeOxit.

Uhm, it is not the cable or anything and it is using a adapter.
But I think it has to do something with the software.

I'll try it this weekend, and see if it is still happening.

But keep the suggestions coming =].

What could the software be doing to it? If you think that's the case, then stop using that. If push comes to shove, take it back to where you got it and have them replace or repair it (if you still have a warranty; I don't know how long they last).

It is from a friend of mine, and its like 4 years old I think.
So no warrenty.
I am going to test it tomorrow.
See what happens.
