I'll keep it short. I have a Squier John 5 sig telecaster and I'm interested in putting a bigsby on it. What model do I need to look for? The bridge looks like this

you would need to get either the B5 B50 or the B500

the B5 is the best quality.

Will I need a new bridge too?

I'd say you probably will need a new bridge, though I have seen people modify their tele bridges to fit a Bigsby.
I've got a B5 on my SG - works brilliantly, but I find I never really use it. It'd be quite an overhaul on your tele, I'd recommend trying one to make sure it's really what you're after.
