So my cousin had a fender strat that went up in flames in a house fire. Insurance wants to give him $150 for it unless he can find evidence from a magazine or website that lists the selling price of this strat.

I remember musicians friend selling it a few years back. Think it had a $700 price tag on it. it was olympic white and had reversed headstock/bridge pick up. I'm guessing it's not the voodoo strat because that was from '97. re-issue maybe? I don't know.

Does anyone know what model this is, or can anyone post a pic from an old musicians friend mag laying around or something?

that's ok though, it told me the model and I was able to find a review that stated MF's price. Thanks a million.

I believe that model was Musician's Friend only in the US and Sound Control only in the UK. I nearly bought one a few weeks ago. I think they were $699 or thereabouts.
