It seems I have no natural rhythm whatsoever.. Does anyone have any good songs that test strum rhythms or techniques/exercises that are good to practice with?

Anything as long as you're staying in time to a constant beat like a metronome or drum machine.

Comp chords to a slow beat with a metronome. Tap your foot.

metronome is always the best choice you can get for rhythm in my opinion

as for songs, most modern rock bands will play in good time with a metronome
song i'd recomend would be jason mraz, i'm yours
also good with palm mute and has an obvious beat to it

good luck

G(g)od was like: "Make you an ark of gopher wood; rooms shall you make in the ark, and shall pitch it within and without with pitch."

And i was like: "What's gopher wood?"
