Picked up this last week, hadn't had chance to upload photos so I figured I'd do so now.

An Ibanez Prestige RG2570Z Amethyst, which I bought on a sale for £799. Absolute bargain. This thing plays amazingly, sounds badass through my setup and just happens to look great. The neck pickup is perfect for shredding but also sounds great for cleans, which was something my Schecter lacked in.

I use this guitar in E standard tuning and play Dream Theater, Steve Vai, Racer X, Joe Satriani, Sabaton, Iron Maiden and Opeth on it to name a few, which the guitar suits perfectly.

Anyway, any questions about the guitar please ask, thanks

Ugly as hell. I've never known why people find superstrats so attractive

But, if you're happy with it that's all that counts HNGD!

Was it an impulse buy, or had you been checking out the RG2570Z for a while?

Nice guitar, man! I'm an Ibanez guy as well, and that's a beautiful thing. Congrats.
Do you feel warm within your cage?

And have you figured out yet -

Great guitar. I've had an RG2570EX before. Didn't love the stock pups, but apart from that a sweet guitar. Now I recently got my hands on a RG1570 with real Dimarzios for a price I couldn't pass up Pretty much the same guitar

you turn it left or right to increase or decrease spring tension. its ibanezes clever little way of making setups easier.

The only real answer to the SG vs Les Paul debate is to get a Flying V and laugh at all the suckers who don't have one.

if you embrace inaccurate intonation it can be quite arousing.

Wow, that's pretty cool. Much more convenient for a quick adjustment than the usual system.

yea man, ibanez is really inivative for that stuff. and if you want a free-er feeling trem bar, you can remove half the tremolo system by taking out the 2 springs on the side of the main springs. they just make shit easier

im buying a prestige in a couple days
