I really really like your tone, but yeah, timing needs a bit of work. An issue with the timing seems to be in the slides. Play with a metronome and maybe start your slide half a second earlier

You clearly had a lot of background noise, but for a harry potter cover that only adds to the eerie effect of the whole thing. Like many said, I would invest in a metronome to keep your playing well timed, because you did go a little fast especially towards the end. Your tone sounds pretty good for a cover like this, so I don't really have a lot to add on that subject. So basically, keep up the good work!
