Hey everyone,

I recently heard of Benjamin Francis Leftwich, after watching a 4music special on him, and his latest album, Last Smoke Before the Snowstorm, and instantly became hooked on his music, and approach to life.

This is my attempt at covering one of my favourite songs of his, Atlas Hands, in a sort of one take, minimal editing thing. A lot of people on here have been critical of how I mix my vocals fairly low, because I feel a bit self conscious of them, but in this one, I've boosted my vocals to the forefront, to see what kind of a reaction I get.

As always, any and all comments will be gladly recieved and crits will be given in return, if you post a link either in here, or comment on my profile.

Thanks in advance,

-Bryn

this sounds really good man, the recording was really good. Although at some spots there seemed to be a weird static pop. You're voice is excellent, I wish i had something like that.

could you comment on my cover?

Yeah, I kept having problems with connections, as I plug my mic preamp into the front of my laptop with a jack adapter, which is pretty broken, and has to be held in with tape, haha.

Thankyou for the kind words, I shall be replying in your thread shortly
