I can get a discount on a Shure KSM32/SL condenser mic from my uncle. He says that is the only mic he can get it for me. However, I need a good audio interface to use along with it. I'll only be recording vocals and guitar mostly; lots of acoustic stuff. Budget maybe around 200-300. Any suggestions?

Also, any thing I should know about the Shure? Good mic or not?

Never even heard of that Shure. There are a lot of interfaces that will suit you. Presonus has some, M-Audio, Lexicon, Tascam. Pick and choose to suit your needs. I have a Tascam US-2000, but it was $350, though I highly recommend it.

I've heard nothing but good things about the Focusrite interfaces. I'm gonna be picking up one of the Focusrite Scarlets in the near future to replace my mbox

I want that mic...
