I will also have a Vader 2x15 (bottom) and a Vader 2x12 (top) for my cabs, 8 omhs each. (Sorry, couldn't load the individual cabs links due to them being restricted at my work cpu)
Here's the websit link though: http://www.vadercabinets.com

I've had the Soldano for a few years now as well as the Vader 2x15 & 2x12 cabs. They sound great but I've been itching to get another amp with different characteristics and blending them.

Not sure which amp will go to which cab yet, guess that depends how the Engl sounds in each cab and how it'll be EQ'd according to that cab in order to blend best with my Soldano's current EQ.

The rhthym/CHUGGA! will be in the 2x15, which is naturally a little more scooped than your average cab, and the Lead will be in the 2x12 and the amp that has the smoother top end and better high mids.

I'll post pics when the engl gets here tomorrow or the next day.

excited?

i would be too, sounds like a sweet setup.

just to warn ya though, this may get shut down because New Gear Day (NGD) threads generally tend to need clips, pics and reviews (pick 2). and sometimes people get butt sore about "tease threads".

can't wait for the real NGD.

How do you like running the 2x12 and 2x15 together? I'm thinking of doing that with my Laney, but I'm torn between getting a 2x15 or a 4x12.
