A gentlemen near me is selling his Jackson JDR-94 for $175. From what I've found, they're MIJ, basswood bodies, maple necks, JT500 trem, 24 frets and have Jackson pickups. He just had it set up at a local shop and the thing is in good condition apparently. Is $175 a reasonable price for a 17 year old guitar? The trem can be replaced with a Schaller or OFR without modification so I can do that later down the road if I find the trem is starting to wear too much and pickups are an easy swap.

I'm likely going to try and buy it anyway, but I wanted to see what UG thinks of this.

Oh and wait for the Schecter fan boys, if you listen real hard you can already hear them coming.
