Okay NOW that I understand what you're trying to say (since you must admit, when you switch between capital and lowercase it is confusing from a musical standpoint), why not just find a sweep that involves F and G and A? Honesty it looks more diatonic than anything. If you really want to sweep that I'll need more notes. I guess you can start on E 17 [A note] --> B 18 [F note] --> wherever you want to go next... you could try G 19 [D note] if you want a minor shape? Since you started in Am?

I honestly have no idea. Why am I up so late? Why are there hobgoblins running behind me?
