"Fries" for you USA UGers.

I like mine with salt and mayonnaise. I'm so healthy, aren't I?

What 'bout you?

EDIT: Yes, this thread isn't about paedophiles or rapists.

Salsa brava, mayonnaise, or salt and vinegar. Don't really like ketchup on chips.

Take them?

This is like "taking" coffee, isn't it?

Usually just salt and ketchup. Ranch dressing is also good, as is thousand island.

VINEGAR?

Yes, that's very common in the UK. Vinegar is a common condiment in chip shops from what I've heard.

Yeah, when you get chips, the fella says 'Salt and vinegar?'. I like a little vinegar, a lot of salt.

Wiki says it's the Aus/NZ term for seasoned salt.

If that's what she's talking about, then yes, seasoned salt is awesome on fries.

Drowned in mayonnaise - the way God intended

Ketchup is also acceptable but it's very much a backup option.

Wow, I'm sorry, but you brits are disgusting. Salt and dipped in ketchup is where it's at. Or if they're fresh, just salt.

Yahh, salt and vinegar is a traditional accompaniment to chips in the UK. More so than salt and pepper, but I hate vinegar, so I pile on the black pepper, with a bit of salt.

For dipping, depends what mood I'm in. Never ketchup, but usually BBQ sauce or mayo.
#24
Depends on what mood I'm in. usually ketchup and mayo, sometimes I'll cover them in hot sauce and use bleu cheese dressing for a dip. Oh, gravy fries with salt and pepper are great, too.

Chip shop Curry sauce, with a bit of salt and vinegar for me

EDIT: looking back at the thread, I can't believe I was the first one to mention curry sauce :O where are all the Brits?

Unhealthy loads of ketchup. To put it in perspective, take a small order of fries from Burger King for example. That takes about 2 packets of ketchup for me.

It is quite popular. And it is disgusting as piss.

Salt is required, obviously, and then ketchup, and if I'm feeling like it, mixing ketchup and mayonnaise.
