Modern Family and Breaking Bad are both great, too. Game Of Thrones and The Walking Dead are showing promise as well.

In my opinion, Stargate SG-1. The actors had their characters perfect from day 1, 10 seasons of awesome storylines, and just the right amount of comedy.
