hi,
i've imported a midi drum track into my daw (energyXT 2.5.4) but i want a better sound,so i found some drum vst to add onto midi track but i've no sound.
How to get different drum sounds from the windows ones?

edit:now i get sound but is different from what i have wrote,do u know some vst for midi tracks written with gtpro?

I recommend ToonTrack's Superior Drummer. Many professional artists use it in their studio recordings. The samples it has are extremely realistic, and with a little bit of basic mixing, you can get a very good sound out of it. If you don't know too much about mixing, there are presets available online.

It's pretty expensive, but if you want to lay down realistic pro-quality drum tracks with MIDI, then this is your best bet.

can u suggest a free one,something that can load wav samples and associate them to a midi code (i.e. snare.wav -> 38)?
